Senior Paid Advertising Strategist

Straight North is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to join our team. The selected candidate will be focused on analyzing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to achieve our client’s desired performance metrics. This can be a full remote or flexible remote/office position based on your location.

Responsibilities

Complete Straight North process training
Onboarding and management of Local and Enterprise level clients
Analysis and optimization of paid advertising campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads
Specific optimizations include but are not limited to keyword, bid strategy, ad copy, and channel level adjustments
Work closely with Account Managers to deliver campaign performance insight and recommendations to clients

Requirements

3-5+ years of PPC/Paid advertising experience
Agency experience preferred
Extensive recent Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads experience
Experience managing substantial ad budgets
Ability to work with large quantities of data
Ability to communicate data insights in an accessible manner
Strong attention to detail
Hard-working, self-directed, and effective working independently
Google Analytics/GA4 experience is a plus
Landing page optimization tool experience (Unbounce or Instapage), is a plus
LinkedIn Ads platform experience is a plus
Excel expertise is a plus
